Refunds & Shipping Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Paintings and Limited Edition Prints shipped by Wild Sassaby are mailed within 1-5 business days of payment unless specifically noted on product page.

Original paintings are shipped with extreme detail to care, via UPS with insurance and tracking.

Limited Edition Prints are shipped via USPS in a rugged/ anti-bend mailer. Shipping includes tracking.

Wild Sassaby is not liable for faulty delivery due to incorrect addresses entered when ordering.

Once shipped, please allow 3-7 days for domestic deliveries and up to 21 days for international deliveries. Please note, orders may experience 1-10 days additional delay due to COVID-19.

Apparel is made-to-order and shipped by a third-party, US-based print shop. Please allow 3-5 days for shipment with delays up to 14 days during COVID-19.

All claims must to be sent to info@wildsassaby.com within 2 weeks of the tracked delivery date.
